Hattha Kaksekar Limite “HKL” is a leading microfinance institution, providing Credit, Savings, Local Money Transfer, ATM Service, Mobile Banking Service and other financial service, and operates with 25 provinces-cities in Kingdom of Cambodia. To respond our progress, we are looking for qualified candidates for the positions as below.

  • Head Unit of Business Development (01 Position)

  • Monitor and lead member to find new business pipeline or project.
  • Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered products or services and following to close the business deals.
  • Develop business proposals for existing, new customers and obey project timeline on time.
  • Responsible for conversant with all HKL’s product and services especially bill payment and liquidity management.
  • Product in order to give potential and existing customers accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities,
  • Prospective clients and the trends for the industry and find identify new opportunities for business.
  • Good and cooperate with teamwork, with strong commitment.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Bachelor degree in the field of Management, Marketing, Finance & Banking, Economics and other related skill.
  • Strong networking, communication skills, negotiating and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent in English and Khmer verbal.
  • Work experience in business development and sale project for 1 year in finance and banking.
  • Good computer Skill as Ms. Work, Excel and Power point.
  • Strong customer service skills and timely management
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.

Remuneration:

  • HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience. We offer the monthly salary plus Insurance Allowance (Health & Accidence), Annual Bonus, Incentive, Pchum Ben Bonus, 13rd Month Salary, Uniform Allowance, Provident Fund, Annual Leave, and other benefit as stated in HKL policy.
  • Successful Candidate will be received the numerous training program and development in order to enhance his/her knowledge, skill and competency to work effectively and having opportunities to development long-term career with HKL.
